At this dire time in history, Jewish families and individuals need help embracing tradition in a meaningful way. The October 7 attack on Israel, devastation of Gaza and turmoil in the West Bank have stunned the Jewish American community and deepened generational divides. By elevating the spiritual aspect of one our most beloved and celebrated Jewish holidays, Chanukah Anew will provide urgently needed solace and inspiration.
Jewish children especially need a Chanukah celebration that delights and uplifts, and non-Jewish school children need positive exposure to Jewish traditions.
By providing high-quality materials for teachers, Chanukah Anew will help reduce prejudice and build bridges of cultural connection.
